Ich habe lediglich zwei Anmerkungen .. in dieser Preisklasse darf es gern etwas weniger vorgegeben werden, das macht den Eindruck das der Gastgeber seine eigenen Abläufe optimieren möchte. Es passt wohl auch nicht zu dem Anspruch des Hauses wenn man dem Gast nach Chlor schmeckendes Trinkwasser bereitstellt, da sollte bei ca. 1000 USD ein gutes Wasser machbar sein ohne in die Minibar greifen zu müssen. "Due to my tight schedule, I messaged the hotel for the late check in arrangement. It took them quite a long time to respond, but they are very responsive since then. Check in and check out was smooth, and the staff is very friendly.
The room is more spacious than we expected, that two big luggages can be opened without a problem.
Location is great, with the lake just across the road. And convenience store is just at the hotel.

I agree with other reviews calling the hotel dated, the tatami could do with a change, there were spots on the walls and furniture, and the ceiling in the onsen was mouldy. A refurbishment, and this hotel would be deserving of its staff. One important thing, though. VERY thin walls, which can be annoying, especially if your neighbour brought their children."
