"Es ist ein ganz besonderer Ort und wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen! Ich habe lediglich zwei Anmerkungen .. in dieser Preisklasse darf es gern etwas weniger vorgegeben werden, das macht den Eindruck das der Gastgeber seine eigenen Abläufe optimieren möchte. Es passt wohl auch nicht zu dem Anspruch des Hauses wenn man dem Gast nach Chlor schmeckendes Trinkwasser bereitstellt, da sollte bei ca. 1000 USD ein gutes Wasser machbar sein ohne in die Minibar greifen zu müssen. "Clean and affordable. Kids loved the lofted bed and having a small private bathroom. The hostel is in a quiet neighborhood, but a very quick 3 min walk to Oishi Park and the lake. The parking lot was actually at the Oishi Park and we liked seeing the park before and after the crowds. It felt easy to park with the lot attendants."

"Comfortable, good location with shuttle to get/from Kawaguchiko, and lovely staff. We had a great view of Mount Fuji, 4 different types of slippers (!), in-room amenities including coffee beans that you could grind yourself, and a lovely tub with a view. "

"Overall a great hotel with nice, big rooms and beautiful surroundings and view. At first glance the building and the decor is a bit outdated, but the comfort is high and everything runs smoothly at the hotel. The onsen is nice and the breakfast is really good. We found that the price of the hotel's restaurant to be a bit pricy and therefore didn't try it - lots of other places to eat in the area. You do however need a car to get around (or rent a bike from the hotel) as not much is in walking...

"Our stay at this accomodation was probably the highlight of our 3 week trip around Japan. Both the accomodation itself and the personnel heavily contributed to this aside from the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji.
I can only recommend this accomodation to anyone who would like to spend some quiet time in nature while being close to Fuji."

"We had a short but wonderful stay. Service was excellent all the way through. Breakfast was amazing and the included dinner was also good. We had hoped to see Mt. Fuji but couldn’t due to heavy snowfall, but relaxing in the hot open-air onsen while the snow was falling on your face and listening to the nearby shrine gong sounds was simply one of the best experiences of my trip. Highly recommended"
