"It wasn’t my best Stay. I moved out a day early. I just couldn’t take the smell of the pet urine although it is available for you to bring pets there were ants in our heat was broke. Our Host was nice enough to bring us portable heaters and he calls someone out to get the heat fixed they had two other ports, which took a couple days. The day the part came in the technician wanted to come around 5 PM. That was just too late so I advised to Host to have him to fix it once we checked out."

"Everything was as described in the listing so there were no surprises. The house was beautiful and spacious without being too formal and stuffy. There were 15 of us that stayed in the place and everyone enjoyed their stay. Towels and toiletries were provided for all. There was no dishwasher detergent and the coffee in the canister was not enough for a serving, but we brought our own kitchen supplies so that was not an issue at all. Overall, very nice place to stay, and I would recommend it to...

"The photo posted before we booked was a complete different room, the bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days…the water pressure barley was working and smelled like rotten sewer, was a bunch of napkins in a ball that looked wet in the window, the dresser had random belongings and clothing in them, no towels no tv like listed and the washer and dryer that was listen was apparently “in maintenance” "

"We enjoyed our stay at Palo’s place. We easily got to the Equestrian Center and had many options for shopping and dining. Would stay here again. Our only concern was the neighborhood. Just a little rundown but otherwise centrally located."

"The check in was simple, no problems at all. The home actually looked better in person than it does in the pictures. There are 2 king sized beds, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was absolutely perfect for us. The owner interacted with us in a timely manner throughout our stay. I would go there again! "

"Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. "

"The house is very cute, but needs a little attention. The outlet in the guest bathroom doesn’t work. The kitchen needs updated pots and pans and utensils and wine glasses! More serving dishes would be good too. The tv remotes don’t work well either had to keep resetting them to use them. And the back bedroom door doesn’t shut properly. Just a little fine tuning to this house would make it prefect."
