The staff were police and curteous. I was given a bigger non smoking room when requested instantly. The rooms were clean and tidy. Well worth the money spent.

We first got a hotel room with bed bug that came out to feed on me, we notified the staff and were moved to two single bed room they sprayed the coachroaches away but after that we saw only one. The moral of the story is pay more and enjoy your trip.

I booked this hotel via Expedia, I was trying to check in and that room had really very bed smell of smoking so I asked to replace the room and the second room was also same. So I didn't check in and asking for the refund but my refund request was not approved. But for sure, this accommodation was very bad and I must get the refund as I did not use this facility due to poor conditions.

The place is nice and convenient for walk around Saddar area. Both exterior and interior look not new, not excellent but enough clean and comfortable. Thus price is reasonable and if you would like to visit places in Cantomment area, it is nicer. Satisfied.

Decent cheap hotel, close to city centre & airport
Decent, affordable hotel. Great, central location in Saddar - easy access to the airport, PECHS, Defence & other areas. Twin room was adequate, although dusty and one of the pillow-covers had a small, dried bloodstain on it. Check-in could have been much better if the staff took a bit of care: they got our check-in wrong on 3 matters, mistakes that should have easily been avoided: 1. We were originally given a double room instead of the twin room we had booked. 2. We had booked and paid for 2 nights, but the staff initially told us that we had to checkout after 1 night. 3. The junior staff member also asked us to pay cash, when we had already paid via the internet. It is simple things like these that can be improved, for a much better customer experience. The breakfast food was decent, and reasonable variety and quality: yoghurt, cereals, bread, parathas, cakes and tea.

Good location in central part of Karachi. But to enter from street one has to use several high steps. Which would be difficult for an older person or wheelchair access.

Location was ok
Location is just ok , service was terrible , hotel surrounded by very noisy traffic and very loud people ,my room was 602 its was very noisy it's open on the main street ,my room was ok but bathroom was old and dirty specially bathtub and the shower curtain, breakfast was horrible it might be good for local guests but definitely not for me . And I have booked this room for 2 people for me and my girlfriend they refused to let her stay with me because we she don't have the same last name as I do so it was very stupid reason for me to understand. I personally would never recommend the hotel at all specially the guests from abroad .

Even though our check out was in the morning at 1100 we were granted a privilege to stay till the afternoon. It was really appreciated as we thought the check out was at 1400. The staff, food, room cleanliness was just perfect. Definitely, my next stay will be at Hotel Crown Inn.

It was mentioned that room with City view but room window opens in a duct. Also, breakfast was not that good as mentioned.
