"It’s a very tranquil spot. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location for our needs. The view from our cabin was spectacular, wonderful sunsets. The Retreat is Family oriented, and every cabin area is private, with a delightful community area if you so choose, we only had bikes as our mode of transport but everything is close by, our bikes were even dropped off and picked up via a nearby vendor. Our hosts were delightful and very responsive, especially as we arrived / and left...

"Les indications communiquées par Hélène notre hôtesse nous ont permis d’arriver facilement au gîte qui se situe dans un hameau très sympa et surtout au calme. La tiny House est très bien équipée et on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le gîte est à proximité des dunes d’Hattainville lieu emblématique du Cotentin où les balades sont nombreuses mais aussi de Barneville Carteret sympathique station balnéaire. "We had an excellent peaceful break in a brilliantly designed cabin that had everything we needed. The beach is only a few minutes walk away from the property but there are bus stops close by if needed. Susie & Paul are very welcoming & friendly hosts. Hope to return again another year. Joan & Ray."
