"Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in. "My first time in this hotel in Jersey, the hotel, staff and room were all very good, the inclusion of a pool and adequate gym suited me for the 7 nights I was there. The weather was very warm and the garden space to relax was also a good addition. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Recommended."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...

"My wife and I stayed at the Greenhills for a week in June 2025. The short walk through the immaculate and beautiful gardens from the car park set the tone for our stay. Attention to detail is everything here. The hotel is beautiful inside, the staff attentive, considerate, kind and knowledgeable. We ate in the AA two rosette dining room and sampled both the a la carte and table d’hote menus during our stay the food was wonderful, the wines superb.
