"Skønt m SPA’en der er gratis for gæster. Man får badekåbe. Vi var tre og havde en dobbelt seng og en overkøje. Alt rent og lækkert. Værelset er lille men fint og hotel ligger meget praktisk ifht Ueno station og shopping/spisesteder. Super value for money! Kommer gerne igen!"

"Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. The pool is not included however you have to pay for each hour you swim in the pool. We picked this hotel for the pool, so we were very disappointed to see that using the pool was extra. "

"Nice hotel. Great view from upper floors. Amazing and kind service at entrance and reception. We tryede the breakfast buffet on 26th floor once (3600 yen per person). Nice experience but not worth the price and service level was not equal to the price. Pool access cost extra. Walking distance to train station. Very close to Senso-Ji, nice restaurants and shopping."

"Great stay in a nice neighborhood with easy access to shopping, public transport, good restaurants and an amazing supermarket. Service was great too. Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is the breakfast. It was decent for a Japanese hotel. I have had much better breakfast in similar hotels in Japan. "
