Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt."

When we arrived late in the evening and checked in, we discovered that there was no pull out couch.
