"It is a great place to hide away from everything. Nobody can see you on the grounds and we had great views over the area of Kyparissia. We stayed here in the last two weeks of March and it was not too cold. Only in the first week we had to use the heating system because of a north wind. The area was very green which we liked a lot."

Jina could not have been more helpful and we settled in immediately for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Definately a home from home with everything we needed provided. "Plus: Wonderful terraces overlooking Kalamata. Negative: This is a stone house and can be quite cold. We successfully heated the living room area, but could not heat the lower bedroom. Also the house is a long way up a winding road and somewhat out of town."

"Das Haus (mit Parkplatz vor dem Eingang) liegt am Hang eines hohen Berges an einer steilen Straße. Man blickt aus der Wohnung auf die Buch vor Kalamata und die Stadt selbst. Zur Straße hin sieht es so aus, als hätte das Haus nur eine Etage, es hat aber zwei, wie sich herausstellt (Hanglage halt). Oben ist ein großer Raum (Küche/Wohnzimmer), das Bad und ein kleiner Balkon mit Grill. Unten ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein weiterer Raum - aus beiden kann man auf eine geräumige Terrasse treten. "Martinia was a nice experience and well located for exploring the Peloponnes coastal area and the nice towns south of the hotel along the coast. Breakfast at high level next to the pool or by the beach. Really nice staff all through and good food at the beach restaurant."
