"The hotel is old, but the bedrooms were acceptable, even if rather antiquated.
The staff was helpful, but the big issue was the breakfast.
It could not be even called a breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable., there was nothing fresh at all, packaged porridge was the only thing really available to eat, no toast no fresh produce no fruit. It was disgusting."

"Staff was super rude and not helpful at all. My credit card just expired and I didn't have another one with me. They would not accept my debit card for the $250 deposit even though I already paid for the room so I wasted $160 bucks and was treated very poorly for nothing. Definitely would not recommend."

"This property is our go to location when visiting family in Juneau. The rooms are clean and conveniently located to Fred Meyer and Safeway and the airport. Just a short drive to downtown in one direction and to the Valley and Auke Bay in the other direction. We’ve never been concerned with safety and there is sufficient parking close to the entrance. "
