Both bedrooms feature super comfy memory foam mattress and quality bed linens to get a great night’s rest! The Roku 4k smart TV in the living room is set up and ready so you can sign into your favorite streaming apps! The dining area features a large table for 4 and makes a great workspace if working from home! In the bathroom we supply extra plush towels and luxury Gilchrist & Soames brand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals. We also supply a Keurig coffee maker and a few assorted pods to get you started. The back yard features a firepit to gather around and the back porch rocking chair is a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee! There is also a stacked washer dryer unit in the bedroom for your convenience.

**Parking for 2 vehicles only**. Please be very cautious entering and exiting the property as the driveway is shared with a neighbor. Also note parking on gravel areas only, do not not block the driveway for any reason.

Guest have full access to the home except for the owner's locker in the bedroom closet.

Please note there is a motion camera in the front yard and in the back yard monitoring the entrances and will pick up any motion in its field of view.

Please note this is a renovated 1940s home and we have done everything to utilize the space as efficiently as possible! There is limited storage in the bedrooms so unfortunately no drawer space is available. We do provide luggage racks for your suitcases! Also note the home is on River Road which can be busy during peak traffic times.
