Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday apartment Brioni sul Mare is located in Jesolo. The 58 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include a TV as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi and air conditioning. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and balcony.

A parking space is available on the property.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Presence of smoke/fire, gas/methane detectors and fire extinguisher.

Beach equipped from the first Sunday in May until the last Sunday in September.

Swimming pools are operational from 15/5 to 15/9.



Check-in is only allowed during the scheduled hours and requires prior approval from the host for any exceptions. Late check-in is possible only upon request and at an additional cost, to be agreed with the host based on the actual arrival time. This must be communicated at least 3 days before the check-in date.



A security deposit is required and will be returned in cash at check-out if it takes place in person with the host between 9:30 and 10:00.

If you check out earlier, the deposit will be returned via bank transfer after the property has been checked.
