Dejligt ophold i Jerusalem
Central beliggenhed ift den gamle bydel. Nem at komme til med letbanen fra stationen. Utrolig sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Værelset var hyggeligt - men tror vi fik hotellets dårligste: vinduer lige ud til restauranten og ingen altan, selv om det stod beskrevet ved valg af værelsestype.

Cosy place with character close to Damascus Gate
Small, cosy hotel with real character in a great location for the Old City. The garden bar/restaurant brings in locals and tourists alike. At peak times, hotels in this area get really expensive and this hotel can feel like better value for money. Rooms are huge. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I would happily stay again.

I love historic hotels such as this one. Everything is clean and atmospheric ,I liked my room very much. The attached restaurant serves nightly specialtes of local recipes. On the expensive side though I've found all dining in Israel is relatively expensive compared with Europe and other countries. The location is excellent next to Garden Tomb and easily walkable to Damascus Gate. Helpful owner. Breakfast included. Recommended and would stay again.

International intrigue, smaller and personal. No large tour groups but more intimate and historical atmosphere. Close walking distance to the Damascus Gate of the old city.

Very nice place with a homey feel. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. My only comment would be on the bath towels, they could get newer ones. Room and bathroom were very clean and welcoming. We were able to walk to the old city, even late at night and felt very safe. We found nice local restaurants with Awesome food, even a little convenience store open late where we could buy snacks.

The Jerusalem Hotel is a smaller boutique hotel, very clean, awesome staff that would go out of their way to offer their guest a nice experience. There also a very good restaurant on the property with some of the better food We had experienced in Jerusalem.

What a wonderful place-- absolutely charming, perfect location less than 5 minutes by foot to Damascus Gate... Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter la vieille ville de Jérusalem où prendre un bus pour aller en Cisjordanie. Les propriétaires de l’hôtel sont extrêmement gentils et aidant. Les chambres étaient pleine de charme et le restaurant excellent. Le personnel était d’une extrême gentillesse. Si vous cherchez un endroit authentique à Jérusalem, je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel.

We loved this property. It is walking distance from the old city and the staff were superb. It was very clean and we were very impressed with our stay. They even played Happy Birthday to my wife during breakfast and gave her a necklace. Juliet was so nice and friendly. We highly recommend staying here.

The property is well-maintained. Rooms have old-world charm. Convenient and easy to get to all areas of Jerusalem by foot or local transportation. Restaurant has good quality food and service. The hotel is across from a bus terminal but there is a minimal amount of noise.

We are sorry to hear your complaint especially after you have already left. We would have been more than happy to remedy any issue you may have faced. A great number of our decorations are antique pieces. We clean them regularly but they will not look shiny. Our neighborhood has the following institutions that make it very special1. the American consulate which has become the America House 2. The Dominican monastery of St Etienne which commands more than half of the street3. The Garden Tomb, a beautiful garden that receives about half a million people every year4. The Schmidt's Girls School, a historic building by William the second the German Kaisar5. The Sisters of St Francis of Assisi6. A number of Shops 7. The Damascus Gate.Perhaps you didnt have the chance to realize the importance of our neighborhood which has the most important artery that leads into and out of the Old City of Jerusalem. On another occasion, we will be more than happy to guide you to these places and more

The jerusalem hotel is all about comfort and location. Perfect walking distance into demascus gate and a stones throw from the garden tomb. This was ideal for us to be closer to the gates as it reduced the walking considerably. The hotel is very classily decorated, rustic in theme and comfortable with high quality furnishings. The rooms have all the amenities needed finished off at a high standard. The staff are friendly and assist with questions and support with enthusiasm. Our stay was over a two night period and returning to this hotel after each days walking was a blessing. The restaurant privided excellent food offering variety and quality.

Jerusalem Hotel is a historical hotel. It’s beautiful, the room that we stayed in is very roomy. Most importantly the staff both in the hotel and restaurant are super nice. The food in the restaurant is great as well.

This is an incredible little boutique hotel, a few minutes walk to the Damascus Gate of the Old City. This is the place to stay. And the charm of it, the old stone walls and floors and antique furnishings. It makes your visit to Jerusalem. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want to eat and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I loved that I could visit the Old City and when ever I felt I needed a break I could be back at the hotel in about 5 minutes and have lunch, a coffee a glass of wine and relax for a bit and then return to exploring the Old City of Jerusalem.

Hotel with the climate in excellent location
Excellent location very close to Damascus Gate entry to the Old Jerusalem. Hotel with the climate, not like all modern hotel, old stone walls and old style furniture make you feel very special. Bathroom modern and comfortable. Owners and personnel very friendly and helpful. It is not a hotel with standardized services like chain hotels but anything you need just ask and it will be done. Absolutely fabulous breakfasts - a choice of local tasty foods - recommend to try or you can choose more traditional egg station with fresh made omelets and fried eggs. Excellent coffee choice form expresso, cappuccino to tasty brewed Palestinian coffee. We have been very satisfied and would recommend Yerusalem Hotel to all that want to escape from all these unified, boring chain hotels.

A beautiful stay!
We had a beautiful stay at the hotel! They were very helpful, and the hotel was way beyond our expectations. The breakfast was delicious! We were four people sharing a family room, and it was just what we needed. Would definitely recommend to support this Palestinian hotel!
