"We have been coming to Lake Chautauqua for 20 years and this is the best home that we have rented . The house has a great dock for at least 2 boats. The house is nicely updated with all things necessary to make a great stay. The house is clean with plenty of room for a large family. The owners are very quick to respond to any problems that you might have. Our group has rented this home twice, and are looking forward to returning."

Kitchen had nice supply of dishes, pots and pans, and a variety of spices and a few condiments which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable with decent bedding. Relatively clean. While there are beds to accommodate 8 people, the gathering spaces are really meant for 6 - there are 6 chairs for the dining table, 6 chairs for the patio furniture, and there is one couch and two arm chairs in the living room....

It was a great place for my family's fall weekend 2 couples and 2 more adult sons. Plenty of mugs, glassware, plates and silverware, which is not always the case.
