"This was an amazing property and it was exactly what I was looking for. A friend and I came here for a writing retreat, but it could easily fit 4-5 people. Everything was clean, we were about 100 steps to the beach, and we especially enjoyed the backyard as a place to lounge and work. The area was quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. Hosts were great to communicate with too. I hope to be back one day!"

"The property needs a major cleaning and repairs. The floors were sticky, and the carpet was dirty. Furniture was dirty and soiled. There was dried food on the utensils. The pipes groaned at all hours, several times an hour. The bed creaked with every movement. Bedroom blinds were broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The bedside lamp on the wall was falling off. The last straw was the huge spider that jumped down from the closet onto me. We ended up leaving after less than 24 hours and...

"Fantastic experience. Cabin was clean and quiet. Beautiful mornings on the water."

"Great location for a young family. It was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The beechwood cabins were very spacious and comfortable. The inclusion of the fire pit and bbq, we're a delight."

"Everything about this stay was wonderful, Sandy and John were lovely hosts, the grounds and location absolutely beautiful and a "labor of love" clearly. Our pup was totally welcomed and we equally enjoyed being on the property on the screened in porch or outside grilling and visiting the area, neighboring towns and the vineyards. For a family of four this is great, or also a few groups of friends renting the cottages also would be nice. Thank you to Sandy and John and we will look forward to...

"Great place. Amazing kayaking. Gorgeous garden"

"We loved everything about our stay at the cottage. Such beautiful property and surroundings. If you’re looking to spend some quality time with family in a quiet setting with beautiful surroundings , look no further. Thanks Sandy. We will be Back."

"Nice scenery. Spartan kitchen furnishings and bathroom toiletries. Paid booking (including all ocuppants and pets) and was invoiced by vrbo. Received addtional invoice from the owner adding 250 dolars pet fee (125x2 pets) which was not listed on the property description that only mentions "pet friendly"."
