"My husband and I stay at POC every year, this was our first time staying in this unit and it was just like the listing showed and described. Perfect location for the beach and pool, lovely views from the roof and the screened porch. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure. Could use a dusting, but was clean. May want to bring something to make the tv smart capable. Will be back in future, highly recommend! "

"The location is very close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Park your car and you won't need it for the remainder of your trip. All of the necessities are provided but you won't find extras like beach towels, chairs, etc but for the price and location it is a great value."

"The carpet was filthy. We took pictures in case we needed proof it was like that when we arrived. Tiny mirror in the bathroom over the sink and no mirror in the bedroom to use as an alternative. The shower curtain didn’t fit and there was mold in the bathroom. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress which we discovered had a plastic cover on it. The bed is hard and couch is uncomfortable. The keyless entry lock was extremely difficult to operate. No guidance on locating beach access. The beach...

"My family and I have been coming to Wild Dunes for over 24 years and have stayed in many beautiful properties within the resort. Have to say, we absolutely loved 16 Links. We have never stayed that far down the island and loved the location. The house is beautiful, the porch was so nice to sit on sipping our morning coffee and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The golf cart was definitely a plus. Made it so much easier to explore the island. Definately looking...
