"Close to everything and plenty of perks with free snacks in room and lounge. Rooftop terrace has amazing views and a great spot to relax. The free drinks and appetizers from 4-5 is also a great perk. The day we were there we were so busy touring the town we missed lunch, the free bacon wrapped chicken bites hit the spot. Additionally the free breakfast was fantastic, far above what you’ll get at a normal continental breakfast. First day we were there it was eggs Benedict. "

"Amazing! The bar has been raised for hospitality and excellence. The attention to detail, comfort, and thoughtfulness to the guest experience was shown through beautiful high end rooms, fantastic breakfast, and many included amenities like bicycles, a free cocktail hour, turn down service, and free snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. The location was also superb. The Loutrel has thought creatively about comfort and hospitality. I was totally impressed and highly recommend!!! "

"Exceptional historic home turned B&B in the most heavenly little spot in Charleston! Staff were warm and welcoming with quick and easy check-in and checkout. We were guided on a lovely tour of the home as well (highly recommend this if time allows). The room was spacious and updated; extremely comfortable bedding was a major plus after a long travel day. "Fulton L. is not a “full-service” hotel, (i.e. no lunch or dinner service, no bar), but neither does it claim itself to be such. That said its ambience, location and other splendid touches such as the inclusive -in-room breakfast service and very inexpensive on site parking are very welcome. We will definitely return to Fulton L. for our next Charleston stay"

"Prime location. Quaint and quiet hotel. Staff was always welcoming. The parking lot was conveniently located, yet the logistics of getting in and out was often challenging likely of no fault of the hotel, but instead the company managing the lot. All in all I enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel and will book it again and again. "
