He was amazing to deal with, friendly, respectful & kept the pool area clean everyday. Property manager was always available and actually did some shopping for us so the refrigerator was stocked when we arrived. "Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....

"My two friends and I shared a ‘family condo’ unit right on the beach, near delicious restaurants like Vista Hermosa (meat, fish, and vegan options). It was beautiful, spacious, sleepy, and quiet. The kitchen, 2 bedrooms and living room were large. The pool was warm and much larger than most hotel pools. Although the unit needed some minor repairs, it was impeccably clean. "If you are a large family this is a great place. Great views from patio close to beaches, town and all the activities you want without a 3hr drive. Natalia was so easy to work with. We used her to book all our activities and she did not disappoint. They all where awesome and worth the money. Highly recommend the Chef service. Can’t say enough! "Beautiful home with an incredible view. Beds, Furniture, and Appliances are very dated giving a deteriorating/unmaintained appearance. No dishwasher, no ice maker, and no disposal. No hot water day one; however, the property manager sent someone to turn on breaker immediately after I contacted her the next day. The outdoor infinity pool is awesome. I would definitely stay at this home again, just suggesting it may be time to upgrade items inside."
