"Excellent location just far enough off of A1A to be away from traffic noise, yet very convenient to dining, shopping and Amelia Island. Property, house and yard, is clean and well maintained. Good kitchen/living room space and roomy master bath. Garage with an operational garage door is a plus. Quiet neighborhood and street has a couple of speed bumps for speed management. Will definitely stay again!"

"Absolutely excellent love the neighborhood everything was easy to walk everything was very convenient love just stepping out the door and onto the beach was only a block away easy walk restaurants convenience stores pharmacies all within walking distance I absolutely loved it at night it was very peaceful and quiet the rental was super clean super bright and gorgeous and had everything you needed if you decided to cook or whatever but because of the restaurants and the locations of everything...

"Check in was made easy by the host. I received an email with a code for the door and that took care of check in!The kitchen/living room open concept was great for the many family meals we prepared. Since we did a lot of in-house cooking, we would have liked to have had a few sharper knives in the kitchen, but made do with what was there. We were thankful for the dishwasher !"

"The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience."

"It is as advertised: a great place to stay with or without your pet, though it is optimized for your dog. The bungalow has a nice, artsy feel but while still being comfy. Sammy, the Catahoula, was right at home with plenty of corners to sniff and even a doggie door. The double gated entrance was an excellent touch to keep you pets from getting loose. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of sidewalks, perfect for the pup. We're looking forward to staying here again. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this Jacksonville Beach home! We brought along our two dogs and absolutely loved that the property had a secure fenced-in area where they could safely play. The private pool was perfect for relaxing afternoons, and we especially enjoyed the cozy seating area that felt like our own little retreat.The location couldn’t be better—everything we needed was within walking distance: the beach, restaurants, and shops. "The unit was absolutely as beautiful as it looked in the listing. The property manager was easy to reach with questions and assistance. The ease of this rental was exactly what we were looking for and being able to stay together. My only wish is that we’d had more time to enjoy it, but our trip was very short due to our own calendars. "

"Wonderful kid/baby friendly home. It was absolutely perfect for our kids 4years old, 2 years old and 4 months old. Kids toys, plates, cups, cribs, bassinet, high chair, and more. It was very simply decorated and instructions where easy to follow for check in and check out. Would definitely rent again! "

"The bedding was dirty and we had to walk up the road to the reception. They toke us serious and 2 minuts later the house keeper came and changed it. Everything else was spotless. AC was loud"

"Had a challenging stay all in all. Great staff, good breakfast buffet, decent parking and decent rooms a side from the lack of cleaning under the beds. I unfortunately had water coming from the upstairs bathroom into mine - felt like the ceiling could fall down any minute. I also had a neighbor who smoked marihuana, had loud music on, yelling and screaming. It took several warnings before they got kicked out of their room. That’s not good when you bring a toddler and an infant. Fair play to the hotel for refunding one of my nights. But all in all, a challenging stay."
