Amazing service
Here you can expect the best service in the world, there is minor things that can be improved, but nothing big. What you pay for here is the placement of the hotel, and the top service, beside that the hotel have same facilities like other hotels.

Das Personal (Housekeeping und Rezeption) ist sehr freundlich und bemüht sich wirklich dem Gast jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Servicepersonal in der Lobby allerdings ist leider sehr unaufmerksam. Die Lage ist des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Zimmer im Westflügel sind leider in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten mal wieder eine Renovierung.

Check in chaotic, uninterested. Staff at breakfast a bit random, bfast included or not, call check in, yes included. Cold treatment. Concierge service and staff at gym reception excellent. The door men busy with themselves, taxi organisation a mess. Vans not available. ‘Call an uber’ we thought was a joke… Not friendly.

I loved that I can do everything in the hotel including shopping and the Indian restaurant was superb! But I didn’t like that the TVs were not smart. I couldn’t watch tv since all the programs were in Turkish language

Great location for views of Bosphorus River and easy access to old town viaMetro which is really easy to use and cheap mode of transport. The hotel staff was excellent and accommodating. The lobby is beautiful with breathtaking views of bosphorus. The rooms were nice,had minor equipment issue that staff fixed within minutes. The in door pool and spa area are nice as well. Unfortunately we could not try the 16 roof top restaurant due to out of season closure. The highlight of the stay how ever was the buffet at Sabarosa, which was probably the best turkish food we had entire week, there is a plethora of desserts, main courses and other dishes, we loved it and tried twice. Was worth every penny. The Gunyadin steakhouse was also extremely good. Its a little away from the hustle bustle tourist areas of Hagia sophia, more close to taksim but the views of bosphorus and peaceful environment makes it a great location to stay. We loved it and would highly recommend.

Scale was not working. USB outlet didn’t charge. I don’t like how they are not flexible in changing the room. They always provide the same response “Hotel is full”.
