Prior to my stay at Levni Hotel, I ordered an airport shuttle. When I finally got through the airport, I could not find the driver with my name on. ONLY randomly I look at advertising pillars, on which hangs a piece of paper with my name on. OK, I turn to the driver. Then I was asked to wait 5 minutes, which was for 15 min. We had to wait for 11 other guests.
When I book airport transportation, the driver must stand with a sign with my name on it and I will not wait.
At the hotel, I meet an incredibly friendly and welcoming receptionist. After check in I'm getting a tour at the hotel. It was actually nice to see the hotel.
In the restaurant I meet also some friendly and welcoming waiters. My expectations for the standard of the restaurant disappointed, however.
When I had to go back to the airport, the driver was not at the reception. I was in good time. It turned out that the car had broken down and I got my money back and the reception phoned for a taxi.
I have been to 36 countries and stayed at the Shangri-la Vancouver, Sofitel in Ho Chi Minh and Lisbon, Kempinski in Budapest, etc. Hotel standard of these hotels is slightly higher than Levni Hotel BUT:
The Levni Hotel outweigh good service, a smile and a warm-heart for shortage og standardf. Ex. Sofitel and Shangri-la.
A smile and a warm heart is the best.
Therefore, I highly recommend The Levni Hotel.
