Dårligt personale der kigger skævt, kun få personaler ka engelsk, kaffen smager af vand ,theen er sur, fik en dårlig værelse selv om jeg havde betalt for en corner suite på 50 kvm fik jeg en dårlig værelse med mug i badet og badekaret og vinduerne , dårlig spejl der hca krakeleret a , wc virkede ikk, dårlig kort til døren skulle omkodes hver dag mens jeg hva der ellers ku vi ik kom ind , taxaerne kan ik kom foran hotellet . Hotellet er ikk prisen værd alt for dyrt for noget med så lavt service og dårlige værelser

Sadly this 5* hotel did not live up to it´s stars, nor to the grandeur of the hotel lobby. Rooms and bathrooms are worn down, and in desperate need of a touch of magic, to bring them to a 5* experience. Breakfast is cheap, however extremely boring too. Are you white European, waiters don´t pay attention you (we and others experienced this). Cleaning of room had little effect, as hardly any was done. Room was dirty, trash did not get removed, and we had to ask for clean items in the room. Location is probably one of the best in Istanbul - walking distance to everything. All in all, we will never stay at this hotel again - as it simply did not live up to our expectations. And would recommend others to avoid this hotel in future too.

Hotellet var lidt gammelt, men velplaceret og flot. Poolen var kold og lille, servicen var i top og alle medarbejdere var super flinke. Dårlig udluftning, men flot udsigt fra hotellet.

Smukt og centralt, men lidt slidte værelser.
Der var fin service, og jeg blev faktisk opgraderet. Selve hoteller er fint, og en smuk udsigt fra restauranten, hvor der også er morgenmad.Værelserne er lidt slidte og der var kæligt (April). Samtidig er vandet i hanen grumset, og internettet var langsomt.

Meget fin hyggelig lobby. Tagterrassen er ikke en terrase, men et mørkt lukket rum. Gode værelser og rent. Roomservice fungerer. Receptionen lader noget tilbage at ønske.

Von außen toll, auch innen ein schönes Ambiente. Leider mag ich persönlich keinen Teppichboden in den Zimmern. Ansonsten Top Lage sehr zentral, freundliches Personal und alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Fitnessstudio sehr notdürftig und für ein Hotel dieser Größe viel zu klein. Ansonsten gerne bald wieder !!!

Unfortunately for the price per night this hotel is not what would u like . Better stay somewhere else . Very dirty carpets. Even the lamp on thr nights stands i though its kinda disain but its was just dirty stains . Bathrooms are with mold . . At night there is some repairs going on . Its hard to sleep . Breakfast for one person 25$ not worth it at all . . Please choose other hotel . But the spa on the-1 floor is the best . Ive tried plenty locations this one won 🏆.

Service can be slow and sometimes and you may not get something you request right away so it required some planning ahead. It is a hotel with a long history and survived the test of time. It’s a great area, close to the popular tourist spots such as hagia sophia, the blue mosque, sistine chapel, grand bazaar - all within walking distance. I had a decent view of the sea. The personnel checked in with me from time to time to make sure i was comfortable and i didn’t need anything. Overall it was a good hotel. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. If the service was more consistently prompt, I would’ve rated it higher.

Hotel is well located. We walked to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. We also walked to Galata Tower and Istikal Street Public transport is close by Hotel is very near the spice bazaar. Lots of restaurants near the hotel Initially we were given a room with windows opening into the lobby area which was noisy but customer service was kind enough to move us to another room.

You can not get to this hotel with your car. Staff will lie to you and say otherwise. Don’t believe them, and they will not refund anything for cancelled reservation!

All staff were excellent. Salon was amazing. This place made my 4 day stay in Turkey the best! Would definitely recommend this place.

The best experience! It was my first time in Istanbul and all of the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The location is perfect and walking distance from so many sites and food/shopping areas. You can take the tram or a taxi easily if you don’t want to walk. Concierge managers Ercan and Nadem were so nice and accommodating. I needed to get a last minute taxi to the airport and the booked one immediately and gave me some amazing turkish tea in the meantime!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und man kann Tram, Bus, Ubahn und auch die Fähre in sehr kurzer Zeit erreichen, was für uns sehr wichtig war und wir deshalb auch wieder diese Unterkunft gewählt haben.

Terrible hotel !!! Room was extremely hot AC was not working because they have system that can supply either heat or air condition. when I complained about the hot they advised me to open the window. when I did that too much noise from out side I stayed five night but they did not change the bed sheet at all. they did not supply enough body wash. hotel stuff was greedy for tips and if I don't tip they even don't look at me. they just ignore

While the location of the property was good, their central air condition / heater was terrible. During winter, which was my stay, the central heating makes the room looks like an oven and when asked the management, they were either helpless or clueless of what to do. It is not worth paying a big sum for this room when your holiday convenience is going to be a disaster.

With no AC rooms are very warm and not comfortable to sleep. No lights in corridor. Service is very bad. They want to charge for water bottles.

My Istanbul trip
Hotel needs to be upgraded with AC. Without AC IT IS VERY WARM AND UNABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHTS. Service is slow and they charge for water bottlers. They provide only 2 water bottles free. They should at least provide a fan. That also they did not provide when requested. Quite unpleasant experience staying at this hotel.

No hot water over 6 hr very old hotel need remodel small room old furniture WIFI doesn’t work connected but slow download

Arrivée très médiocre avec une chambre étouffante malgré le moi de février…. Mais ensuite on nous a changé de chambre et tout est rentré dans l’ordre … petit déjeuner très cher pour ce que c’est….
