Det var fin plads, tæt på alle steder. Rengøring var ikke god nok, der var støv over det hele og sengetøjet blev ikke skiftet i, blev kun rettet.

Great value for money, everything here was perfect
Great hotel, just in front of Taksim park. Very friendly staff. If you want to stay in a hotel with a great fantastic location, and are looking for value for money, this is the hotel you shall select. I have stay in many hotels in this are over the last 10 year, but at this hotel you get it all, at same place, nice room (a bit dark) but you are not travel to Istanbul for sitting in a hotel room. Staff is helpful, give your self a cold drink on the roof terasse with a great view over Taksim Square. I stay normal in many different hotels over a year in many different countries, and I will give this hotel 5 star, everything was perfect for us, and I will 200% sure use the hotel again next time I will visit Istanbul.

Close to perfect, but the human factor is missing
The hotel is perfectly located, fantastic roof terrace and great rooms, all you can dream of for a good value for money price. However, completely unlike Turkey in general, the staff is not great, on their smartphone or PC in the lobby most of the time, many staff around but no one will greet you. Not all staff are bad, a few nice once. Need good management I think, get that and the hotel is perfect.

Hotel is perfect. Breakfast is very good. The area (Taksim) near hotel is not very quiet. Noise from the street come to room 24x7. The lights in the room not bright..

The location of this hotel is already a good reason to choose everytime you visit Istanbul: It's literally at the heart of the city's best touristic area. Clean rooms, professional staff, they ask you every morning if you need your room to be cleaned and someone will bring you mineral water bottles everyday around 1pm. they have 24hrs reception and a good wake up service.

Wonderful hotel experience. I stayed two nights at the Germir Palas Hotel. It is so conveniently located to the energy and shopping/dining district of Taksim Square, right next to the Metro, as well as a very short walk to the Airport Coach Bus stop. I reserved this property for my family trip, they checked them in 2 hours earlier than the actual check-in time which was really convenient.
