Den super seje medarbejder Mercan👏
Det var ganske udmærket hotel Jeg vil gerne ophæve Mercan som var rigtig god og behjælpelig med alt meget professionel👏 Mercan holdt altid døren for os og hjalp med kuffert uden nogen former for forventninger. Han vil nok være grunden til vi skulle vælge det hotel igen har vi talt om.

Don’t recommend this hotel for tourists or anyone wishing to stay and explore Istanbul. It’s aimed more at business people on conferences. Arrived for honeymoon and left, really disappointed. Although looks 5 stars, its far from it. Other reviewers have stated 4 stars and I agree. Location is horrible and nothing close by and more on highway, where it is so busy and not a place in site or safe to cross. You need a car or taxi to get about everywhere. Positives • Liked the look of the hotel and that was about it. • Closest place to this hotel, mall of emirates about 20 minutes in taxi. • Shout out to emir on floor B2, gym and spa, who had we not come across would have been isolated, if it wasn’t for him simply approaching me and my other half and asking to take a picture for us on our phones, we wouldn’t have had one positive thing to say and he looked after us. More Negatives than anything • Not one shop you can simply walk to. • Cleaning was absolutely horrendous and they kept missing cups or towels and I had to call them numerous times to have this looked in to or sent to us. • Language was a big issue, English is limited and had to keep using Google translate as not one person spoke English other than Emir on B2. • Room service is horrible and honestly I have stayed at 5 star establishments and these guys are horrendous. Do not recommend to anyone looking to tour or this hotel. Would never stay here again.

The hotel is nice, but it is very far,from everything this means that getting out and about is very expensive as,taxis need to be used. The metro station is far from the property, you need to catch a metro bus to get to the station. Food places are limited there are 2 places around the corner and the hotel has its iwn restaurant ( the grill) which is more expensive than other food places. Spa and pool were very nice.

staff are very friendly and helpful everyone will do the best to raise your expectation and solve any problem, if you have anything just ask for Mr. Alber the property manager who will do everything for you, also I met Ms. Birsen and Ms. Sanaz guest relations they were very professional, definitely I will go back again. they only negative thing is the area which you do not have anything around, except only 1 restaurant around and very limited transportation if you do not want to use taxi other than that it is perfect property for stay.

Kanon hotell med katastrof resturang
Rummen var fina, bastu, pool, gym va klockrent! Aldrig haft så bra gym på hotell vilket är viktigt för mig. Frukosten var god och personalen var hjälpsam både i receptionen och gäst service. Men maten på deras restaurang som hette något med grill var ett skämt. Kan inte understryka hur dåligt det var. Kallt, smaklöst, lite mat etc... Kanske va tur det va lite för gick inte att äta.
