"There was mold in a shower. One of the showers did not switch from hand piece to overhead. The owner was informed of this and did not fix it. The second “full bath” had a large tub with no overhead shower and no bar to hold on. It requires an approximate two foot step to get in and out. Very dangerous for an older person. When it rained there was a leak on the stairs of all places and the floor was wet representing another fall hazard. The TV was broken and never fixed. The WiFi information...
