Really nice centrally located hotel on San Andres…walking distance to shopping and the beach. Rooms are spacious and the bed is nice. Nothing pretentious but it has what you need.
Service was in top, really kind and helpful receptionists, helping with recommendations on activities and restaurants. Especially Sara gave an excellent service. Waiters in the restaurant were really nice, smiling and with nice personalities.

"Det første værelse vi var på, var sengetøjet meget tydeligt ikke blevet skiftet, og selve værelset var meget ulækkert og var ikke blevet gjort ordenligt rent i meget lang tid. Vi fik et nyt værelse, som var en smule bedre, men dagen efter skulle vi skifte igen, til er værelse som var næsten ligeså slemt som det første. Håndklæderne bliver heller ikke skiftet, vi fik et med mascara-pletter på (som vi ikke selv bruger) men som går meget nemt af i vask. Derudover snakker intet af personalet...

AC came in very handy as it is very humid in this area. The power went out one afternoon but it was able to come back on after couple hours (not uncommon for power to go out). Staff was easily accessible and answered our questions as well. FYI it is not common to know places by address it is better if you name a common business near by so they know...
