"This hotel has it all, the staff is amazing. They were really nice with us from the moment we walked in. We got there early and they offered to leave our luggage in a safe place until room was ready so we can go eat or walk around. But they gave me a room quick without hesitation or early charges. Shara is one of the staff who was always with a happy smile in her face, polite and always asked if we needed something. The bar staff making them drinks on point, really good specially the morning...

"Wisiting San Andres with boyfriend and dad for a two nights stay. Really nice centrally located hotel on San Andres…walking distance to shopping and the beach. Rooms are spacious and the bed is nice. Nothing pretentious but it has what you need. Service was in top, really kind and helpful receptionists, helping with recommendations on activities and restaurants. Especially Sara gave an excellent service. Waiters in the restaurant were really nice, smiling and with nice personalities. Breakfast...

"Hotellet var fint nok, men stranden var for dårlig taget i betragtning, at det jo nok er det primære, når man tager til San Andres. Det fremgik ikke tydeligt nok at hotel-beskrivelsen, at stranden ikke var god. Hænger nok sammen med, at det lå umiddelbart op til mangroveskoven."
