***Parties and events are strictly prohibited. This includes bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, graduations, and similar gatherings. Guests hosting parties will be asked to vacate immediately without refund.
***Please park all vehicles in the driveway or garage only. Parking on the street or grass is prohibited and may result in tickets from local police.
***No early check-ins available. Please no pets or smoking on premises.

***Bed linens, bath towels, and starter toiletries are included (one towel set per guest). Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but can be rented locally.
***Starter supplies include: Small dish soap, dishwasher detergent, 1–2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, and travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
