Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time but was disappointed because I thought the unit had bunk beds. We stayed there last summer and enjoyed it. It must have been renovated to remove the bunk beds and install a cedar closet.

And the first floor is perfect!

Great Location

If access to the beach and local shops/restaurants is what you're looking for, this is your place. The pool and beach are literally steps away for easy access. Our "sea cabin" was a little outdated and had peeling cabinet laminate and flooring, but was nice enough. The bedroom was literally just big enough to fit the bed with little room on either side of it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was great. Upon entering the condo we were greeted with a weird odor. Couldn’t tell if it was pet or dirty mop water. Most of our time was spent at the soccer fields with our grandson but while back at the condo for down time, the Roku tv definitely had its short comings. WiFi login instructions were not helpful, we were able to access something named free WiFi pool.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was not clean. There was hair everywhere. It was on all the pillows, floor, and the top of the trash can was covered with it. It looked like dog hair. We did not use the pillows. Nasty!

Sea cabin villa

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were here for our 1 year anniversary and it wasn’t pleasant. We had issues with little bugs all over the place, especially the bathroom. We could put our luggage on the floor as I was not going to bring anything home. The a/c quit working. Every morning we were awoke around 7:30-8am with excessive banging and construction work. One morning we were awoke by someone banging on our door. Apparently it was the a/c people but no one notified us of anyone coming or expecting anything. I feel as thought the communication was very poor on that part. We didn’t get to relax the whole trip due to never getting to fully sleep in or enjoy our stay. This isn’t what we expected. I do know next time I would rather stay in a hotel than go through that again. I will not be using this travel company ever again. We haven’t had a bad experience staying anywhere and this was definitely one we will unfortunately remember.

Annual Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting at Sea Cabins in July to celebrate my daughter's birthday. And it's always a nice little get away. The unit we got this year was a little dated/damaged. It wreaked of mildew when we arrived which put a damper on things. But my husband had a pack of coffee scented car air fresheners, so we strung those up and managed to get by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sea Cabins! On this trip, the heat wasn't working so I had to put a call in to maintainance. Easy process and they were there before we left for the day to take care of it. It was toasty warm when we returned and for the rest of our trip. Been coming here for about 11 years now!

Convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was conveniently located to beach access and the pier. Though it had been cleaned well from a housekeeping standpoint, the upholstery needed attention. We put a sheet over the couch to sit on during our stay. Also, the bedroom blinds were inadequate for the amount of light given off by the light outside the window (very bright at night). Not a bad stay, just needs a few things...

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful stay - Constructive criticism would be that I needed 2 parking passes - Spent valuable vacation time feeding parking meters and walking to my vehicle - All this with a sparsely occupied parking lot at the complex - Would have been willing to pay the complex a premium to negate this hassle
