518 Carolina Boulevard is now EV-friendly! For guests traveling with electric vehicles, we’ve added a dedicated Tesla charger to make charging simple and convenient throughout your stay. A J1772 adapter is also available, ensuring compatibility with most non-Tesla EVs. Access to the charger is offered for a flat $75 per week providing an easy, reliable way to keep your vehicle charged while you enjoy the island.

Description:

Tide Time at 518 Carolina Boulevard is a spacious, three level five-bedroom home featuring four full baths.  It is all about indoor and outdoor living, it is pet friendly and it takes just four minutes to walk to the beach.  You’ll find that Tide Time has just about every amenity needed for an enjoyable and relaxing Charleston beach vacation. 

There are several outdoor areas, which provide both space for everyone to gather but also many separate spaces for privacy and relaxation.  Tide Time features five open or covered decks, plus a large pool deck complete with an outdoor living room, outdoor kitchen, a protected fenced in yard and plenty of pool loungers. 

Tide Time was customed designed with an open reverse floorplan where the main living space is on the second level with a wall of windows leading out to a large, covered porch.  The living room features comfortable lounging spots plus a new large screen television.  There are two dining areas, one next to the living room and a formal dining room in front of the home.  The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, large work island and has room for an entire family of chefs to work together. 

The garage features a game area plus a workout station with exercise equipment. 

The third level terrace has ocean and coastal views making it the perfect location to take a snooze in the sun.

Parking:

Five cars are permitted to park at Tide Time.  Parking on the street or yard is not permitted.

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:

The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October).   These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.
