Walk to the beach from this family & dog friendly ground level duplex home! This comfortable home features a renovated kitchen with an open layout between the dining room and living room. Your kids will love the bunk bedroom as well as the playground, tennis courts, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, soccer field and baseball/softball field & batting cages at the Isle of Palms Rec Center, which is 5 blocks from the house. Take advantage of the six miles of wide beaches, fishing, kayaking, boating and eco-tours on Isle of Palms by day and enjoy the fabulous foodie & cultural delights of downtown Charleston or nearby Mt. Pleasant or Sullivans Island at night. Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive from the home and the beach is a 6 minute walk from the house. - Covered deck with outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ grill.

- Outdoor shower for sand removal for you, your kids or your dog after the beach.

- Dog friendly (but you must notify us of your dog in advance of your stay!). There will be additional charges if you do not notify us in advance of your stay that your dog will be joining you.

- Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to The Blue Oyster and enter the front door with a secure electronic lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions.

Upon entering the home you will find a dining area, living room, a fully stocked kitchen and hallway to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms in this unit are on the same floor. Guests are also welcome to utilize the covered deck with outdoor dining table, gas BBQ grill and outdoor shower. The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room off of the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway immediately in front of Unit B for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Please note that long term tenants reside in the upstairs unit and access the detached building in the backyard. Upstairs renters share the backyard with the downstairs guests. Crossover noise between the units - especially on the ceilings in The Blue Oyster - is to be expected.

DOGS CONSIDERED, PET FEES MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE. Cats are NOT permitted.
