Guests enter Tees and Tides by walking up the exterior staircase to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen and den. You will also find the hallway that leads to the home's three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You may access the back porch through the den.



Please note there is no pool access with this home.



Tenant must be 25 years old. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Pets are not permitted at any time. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Isle of Palms will be conducting beach replenishment from July through November 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off.
