"After 40 years in hospitality I have to share that Omni gets it right! Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and willingness to make our day better. The housekeeping staff went beyond to fix a problem caused by my family and did so quickly, thoroughly and kindly. Can’t praise them enough!! "Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. "
"The hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places I’ve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. "The room was very spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The Tiki Bar was really fun. Great entertainment with the exception of the band on Tuesday night. We were amazed they made the cut compared to all the other talented bands. Beach was beautiful. Very nice place "
