"What a gorgeous beach! This was a magical place with the friendliest staff, a great restaurant, and beautiful accommodations. I chose the Jungalow room because I wanted to be immersed in nature. "My boyfriend and I spent 2 absolutely perfect nights here. Pierre was so incredibly helpful and all but predicted our needs. From arranging taxis for us to booking our Zapatillas tour, he helped us with everything and anything we needed. HIGHLY recommend booking the zapatillas tour with him as the tour company he uses is not only respectful of the animals and the environment but were also similar wonderful guides. "The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. "A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. They also coordinate tours and other activities on the beaches and surrounding islands. Also I recommend this wonderful place for a Pilates retreat - Yoga - Family reunion promotion, etc."

"Caracol was rustic but magical. The staff was lovely and it’s so peaceful surrounded by water. Being able to step off my private dock and swim was a delight, and I spent lots of time in my hammock. The restaurant was tasty and the staff was helpful for arranging boat transfers if you wanted to go places."
