"Check in was online only with no staff to help. You better be good online. Kitchen was very nice. Main shared house was great as well. We had a kitchenette in our unit but could make dinner in the huge kitchen and eat in the large house. There are only a handful of units and no staff so people felt like they had a huge house mostly to themselves. Your outside staff were nice and keep the grounds beautiful. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part is being on Lake Gatun. One morning we used a kayak to paddle a short way into the lake. It is really beautiful and relaxing. We like bird watching, and this is a great spot. The food and drinks were good and fairly priced. The only caution is that this property is on several levels, so there are quite a few stairs to get around. But this resort is so special, the steps were worth it."

"We went here for peace, the jungle, birds, the ocean. Oh MAN did it deliver. Lovely high perched cabins right in the trees. The cabins are basically brand new, the lovely smell of wood still lingers. Sealed tight as a drum, you can lie in bed and be a part of the jungle with the screened windows wide open, a part of nature. "Amazing place for a little escape. The bed is extremely comfortable and all you can hear is the sound of nature. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure all your need are met. The food is delicious. The only problem is that you will not want to leave. Fully recommend doing the free activities like paddle board, yoga and mud bath. "
