I understand this is not an issue on higher floors, so I’d recommend avoiding the 1st floor if possible. Excellent hotel – just choose a room a bit higher up."

"The room was small, but cozy, clean and silent. The breakfast every morning was very nice, and the staff was helpful. All in all, it was a good stay. The only thing making this a four instead of five star review is this: If you're looking for a hotel with a spa, you shouldn't go for this one (even though it says on Hotels.com that they have a spa). This was one of my criteria when booking the hotel initially, but when I tried to book an appointment a few months before arrival I was told that it...
