"Very nice property. Worth mentioning Is that there is also a basement suite. Too bad the ones using it during our stay weren’t considerate. This was discussed with owner and tended to immediately. We appreciated that to the fullest extent and the owners help surpassed our expectations. Thank you again. There is a bit of thru traffic but other than that, no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the property very much."

"The property was excellent. The room were all clean. The kitchen and dining room were easy access. The bathrooms were clean too. You can see the Atlantic Ocean from the window bedroom and living room and from the deck. Love that there’s laundry room in the house too. My family loved fishing and there were government wharfs, and shores to catch different kinds of species of fish, within 5 km radius. The host left us with brochures of places to go and visit. This place is highly recommended."

"It was a beautiful cottage and an overall great stay. The only thing that was a bit of a challenge for us was the stairs leading to the cottage itself. We have some mobility concerns in our group, and because of this the property was a bit difficulty to access. There is no photo of the stairs on the listing, but there is about 6 sets to make your way down. Other than this, everything was great. "Lovely Cozy basement apartment with fried, cooktop, microwave and sink. Stocked with cutlery, cookware, and dishes toaster, coffee maker and pods, and lots of nice touches, like a few snacks in the fridge and a bottle of chilled water. Quiet neighbourhood, good for sleeping, you do occasionally hear a few footfalls from upstairs, but just the regular sound of a happy family, felt like home! Thanks Hiba Would definitely recommend."

"The suite was spacious and well equipped. Great kitchenette that we could prepare breakfast in the morning.Location was central and no issues accessing downtown area. We ran every morning on hiking trails Kidston Lake Beach and Macintosh Trails. All assessible from the house. Basement suite was fairly quiet and no issues with noise sleeping at night. House rules were clearly outlined and we had no issues respecting them."

"The property was clean but very outdated. The building was in need of repairs and updating. The bed in the « fourth » bedroom in the basement needs to be replaced as it was the least comfortable sleep. Also in the basement was a toilet inside the laundry/utility room. The front window has rust streaks down the outside. Part of our family only stayed one night so we moved up to the main bed and that was better. I would not bill this as a four bed rental unless the basement room and bath are...
