"Very nice property. Check in was smooth, staff were friendly, and the rooms were very clean, updated and most importantly, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And best of all, the price was very reasonable. We’d definitely stay here again."

"My aunt’s necklace diamond pendant accidentally fell off the sink. My aunt has spoken the front desk and requested an assistance from the maintenance/plumber. That was about 7:30 am,
the guys from the maintenance came after maybe an hour, which was just perfect after we had our breakfast, filipino maintenance guys were able
to open the pipe and found my aunt’s diamond necklace! She was sooo happy and appreciated those guys so much!"
"Great hotel...great location and good value for money. Only negative was the small pool, with the waterslide way too close to the end of the pool, so you couldn't enjoy a swim without being splashed. Good waterslide and hot tub."
"Absolutely LOVED the pool. The water was warm and the slide was so much fun (it's a fast one!). While it wasn't downtown and we weren't sure about the area when we arrived, it was a quick drive to the Zoo and the Chinook mall and we felt safe. Zero complaints, we would stay here again for sure."
"I have some mobitity issuess, so found climbing over wall of Tub/shower a bit concerning. Suggest that rooms be equiped with grab bars around tub area. Also had a bit of a issue with homelesss man and his aggressive dog in entry way and outside on bench. But I know that that is not your fault."
"We loved the property. The restaurant was great. We had dinner on their beautiful patio and breakfast in the dining room. The room was small but lots of character and for one night, it was all we needed. Comfy bed! "
"Staff was very helpful, especially the evening staff.
The accessibility of the "accessible room" is questionable. The toliet grab bar is not angled, the shower is not a roll-in shower, the shower bench offered was not a transfer bench so a wheelchair person can't use it, our wheelchair person had no bathing facilities for our stay. The bed was too high to safely transfer themselves on and off, so our wheelchair person slept sitting up in the arm chair. Other than finding the accessible options...

"Really nice hotel with nice big rooms. Clean everywhere.
Two things:
1: Breakfast was stressful. The room was way too small compared to amount of guests. The write on signs that you should aim for staying less than 30 min. The staff is all over to clean up for the next in line. We prefer time to eat in a more relaxing atmosphere.
2: prices in the bar are insane. 18$ for 2 canned bears (33 cl). "
