"I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae."

"Fantastisk flot lejlighed. Stort køkken, stue med delt soveværelse, soveværelse, badeværelse, elstra bruserum og masser af skabe. Ligger 15 min gang fra midtbyen. Eneste ulempe kan måske være, at der ikke er elevator. Der er alt hvad man skal bruge i et køkken + opvask / vaskemaskine. Håndklæder, sæbe, shampoo og balsam. Kan absolut anbefale at bo her, til en rimlig pris."

"Apartment better than photos. Large sectional couch. Well stocked kitchen. Minimal noise from street pubs on street ended by 10pm. Loading zone right in front of apartment and we street parked right there as well the two days we were there. Street parking free from 6:30pm - 8am. Highly recommend without a doubt. Location right in the middle of the Royal Mile. "

"Room was fine, but it was very nosy. Trams can be hear all night and there are homeless ppl and drunks (outside Macdonald) playing music all night and day , was horrible. Constantly shouting and base music all night, would recommend not to stay . Also, elevator is near and makes a racket of noise when in use. "

"Very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Great location. The only blip was that the directions in the App took us to the wrong address - there are two buildings pretty much adjacent to each other. To be fair, the correct address was in the email but the fact that there are two buildings could have been stressed, and we could have avoided a panick-stricken 10 mins in the rain trying to get the code to work on the wrong door. This was resolved by contacting the emergency number, the person...

"Great apartment! Even nicer in person than I could have imagined from the photos, which already gave a good impression. Was pleasantly surprised to see my unit had two full bathrooms! For a one bedroom, that was awesome. Wish I could've stayed longer than a day, because it makes a nice retreat. The base of the kitchen sink was the main thing noticeably dirty, which was unfortunate to see. But didn't take away from the whole experience. 15/1 and 15/2 have a deep stairway to get to the apt,...

"Lady at the desk who welcomed us the day we arrived was nice and thorough . We love the 2 rooms 2 bathroom setup with living and kitchen . The rooms are small but beds are comfortable . Washing machine and drier hard to figure . Overall a nice stay ! "

"This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay."
