Completely renovated, with beach view, and located in one of the greatest areas of Ibiza, right in the middle of Es Vive area and Playa den Bossa, this 2-bedroom apartment is the ideal place to stay for a party of 5. With a modern, minimalistic decor, you’ll be close to the beach, restaurants, bars, bus and taxi stops!

The master bedroom has a double bed, ideal for a couple wanting their own space to relax and have some rest. It also has a great closet to store your personal belongings, as well as a security box in case you have some important documents you need to keep in a safe place. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, all of them with pillows and linens included.

A fully equipped spacious bathroom will also be available, with some toiletries included. The living area has a stylish sofa that turns into a bed, perfect for one person to sleep comfortably. In front of the sofa you’ll find a beautiful coffee table, as well as a plasma TV to watch some of your favorite shows in the afternoon or at night before bedtime.

The kitchen is also completely packed with all the necessary amenities, such as an electric stove, small refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, all the kitchenware and tableware. The modern dining table of aesthetic lines serves for 5, and it will be the perfect spot to have a nice elegant dinner with your loved ones. And, if you are the type of people that likes to wash their close while traveling, here you’ll be able to do it as a washing machine will be at your disposal.

One of the greatest areas of the apartment is the large balcony, with a second outdoor dining table, ideal to have breakfast at or just to share some snacks and beverages while contemplating the beautiful beach view. There are also 2 sunbeds in this area, for you to lay down and improve your tan.
