"My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. "The kitchen set up is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great with many options. "

"We were in a room right by exterior door on 1st floor. Door slammed all night anytime someone used it. The wall were very thin so the peiple next to us kept us up all night with their tv. And even worse was anytime the toilet flushed upstairs from us, you could hear the fluid draining through the wall. Over all it was ahorrible experience even though theplace was very clean."

"Nothing was clean. the towels in the pool area were never replenished. They charged and additional 200 for who knows what and don’t want to refund. This hotel is motel 6 just indoors. "

"Staff were very friendly. Very clean, nice, updated, spacious room. Big, clean bathroom with a sliding door that doubles as a closet door. No tub in our room (not sure if all rooms are like that) but it had spacious stand up shower. Breakfast was good, with several hot food options (there was almond milk, too!). "Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. "

"Welcoming to pets"

"I accidentally booked accessible room. I notified staff a few hours before my arrival and was told they would hold correct it. I checked in, assumed it was corrected and got to my room only to find it was an accessible room. I was too tired to fight it. I also had to stay on top of it for the correct amount to be posted to my credit card. All in all, it was a very expensive stay - $730 for two nights plus two nights of parking. I don’t feel that it was worth the amount paid. "

"No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "
