Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! "I booked this hotel many weeks in advance for a concert and had confirmation emails. Upon arrival, front desk couldn’t locate my reservation, using all the information possible. I was then told that they had rooms available, almost $100 more per night than my booking, but that I had to wait until 4pm to try and secure one as a walk-in customer.
