Then called again around 10p told we did not have a room. Not happy had to stay in car not knowing the area. Hotels in the area were sold out"

"Stayed here last minute because of a volleyball tournament in Grand Rapids. Due to a remodel of some sorts they didn't have any breakfast just small muffins and donut holes of some kind. "Fantastic hotel! All our wedding guests stayed here! Loved the firer area on the patio for mingling & relaxing late in the evening! Only issue was the breakfast is not a buffet & the wait time was excessive for coffee & food! The staff were fantastic just likely when the hotel is full suggest adding extra kitchen help to accommodate timely service! Would recommend! It’s gorgeous!!!"

"I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. "This hotel was so dirty. We had long black hair in the sink (my husband and I are blondes) Looked like blood marks on our wall. The hallways carpet was dirty and everything smelled. Wish we could have continued our trip instead of staying there. Total waste of money. The most disgusted hotel I have ever stayed at."
