"Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end towels, linens, utensils, glasses, knives, bowls, plates, etc. The kids and adults loved the pool and fishing on the dock. Access to St. Michael's is very easy. We will be back!"

"Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. We all had our own room. We enjoyed the sunroom. Near Cove Point Park/Pool. We enjoyed taking our kids to the pool and our dogs to the dog park inside Cove Point Park. Communication with Becky was great. I definitely recommend to stay at the Belle! Thank you! "

"Incredible home & property. Spacious home with pool, hot tub, multiple large bedrooms, & room dedicated to crab eating! Property is massive & well maintained; golf cart & bikes made it very easy get around. The dock offers opportunities for boating, crabing, & fishing. Kayaks & canoe were great for exploring surrounding waters. We already booked our return trip!Only suggestions: mattress pads for the non master bedroom (guests noted the hard mattresses).
