Situated in a nice peaceful community, less than 1 mile from the 405 Freeway, makes this location convenient to travel everywhere in Southern California. A short walk to Golden West College, 2 miles from Huntington Beach Central Park & Library and less than 5 miles from the beach. Stay for 31 days or for as long as you need.

Private Office: High Speed Internet - HP LaserJet printer - Writing utensils - Table & chairs


Living Room: 75-inch 4K TV (Netflix) - DVD player - 2 Futons (can be converted to 2 full-size beds)


Family Room: Comfortable and stylish sectional


Dining Room: Dining table and 6 chairs.


The kitchen is complete with a gas stove, an oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware for 10 persons.


Guests will have access to the entire house except for the attic, (Primary Suite) walk-in closet, and the garage.


Complimentary parking is available on the driveway and in front of the house. Please do not park in front of the neighbors’ houses. A maximum of two (2) compact cars can be parked on the driveway, so please carpool accordingly.


- Maximum occupancy of eight (8) people on the property at any time.


- Check-in time is 12:30 PM (early check-in is subject to availability)


- Check-out time is 11:30 AM (late check-out is subject to availability)


City of Huntington Beach Ordinance.

- The minimum age of the person renting/booking shall be 25 years old.

- Quiet hours are between 10 PM – 7 AM.

(Smoking Cigarettes, Marijuana, or Vapes is prohibited anywhere on the property and will result in a $1500 cleaning fee.)

- NO PETS

(Any unpermitted pet will result in a $500 and up to $1500 cleaning fee dependent on damage.)

- NO housekeeping during stay

- Yard and landscaping maintenance (2-3 times a month)
