"The place is clean and amenities were good. couple things to call out. Parking is a drive up to the fourth floor. Another feedback is the place is loaded with decorative items, candles and pillows which leaves little space put stuff on tables, especially in the bedroom it is small. Also, I’m allergic to strong smells so the candles were a bit much"

"Solid spot for short trips or longer stays alike, definitely fills the role well! Enjoyed having free parking available on-site without any hassle getting around town afterwards."

"Well look to stay again"

"Checkin was unpleasant because I was given the wrong lockbox information and had trouble reaching the management company. Finally I did and after an hour I got the key. They the WiFi didn’t work and I couldn’t reach anyone - another frustrating hour wasted. The hidden router just needed to be plugged in. The place itself was very comfortable and very convenient for the Reliant Stadium."

"Extremely short notice booking but accommodated like we had planned weeks in advance. Lovely little space with everything we needed included. Brought my dog along (7 pound maltese) and had no issues at all. Super friendly and fast responding hosts. Couldn’t ask for a better experience."

"Great location . Quick response from host .."

"We walked into the apartment and my son and I were overcome with the smell of smoke. There was a large sign in the dining room explaining their non-smoking policy. I immediately called the rental company and was told to "open a door to air it out". This was August in Houston! It was near a hundred degrees outside. After explaining that this was not a solution, I was told to look for air freshener in a cabinet. Again, not a solution! I asked to speak to the property manager multiple times and was...

"Conveniently located to the medical district with plenty of grocery and restaurants nearby. Apartment complex is quiet, secure, and offers more space and comfortable than a hotel room for those that need extended stay in the area. Host is very responsive. Be sure to download instructions prior to stay to ensure smooth entry to complex. Walk from parking garage to unit is long but all an indoor walk within complex. Will stay again."

"Very clean and cozy loft. It has everything you need. Will be staying there again when visiting Houston."

"Liked having the microwave and coffee maker handy."

"Host was very proactive and always responsive to my questions/needs. The area is quiet with lots of surrounding restaurants and nearby stores. I would 100% stay here again!"

"It was a great stay at a great price in a great location!"

"Communication with this owner was great. Their responses were timely. There were a few things that did not go well but they listened to me when I told them about it. Even though there were no remedies while we were there. The shower did not work in the hall bath so we all had to use the one bathroom in the primary bedroom. And there was an apparent pest problem, although he did say the property had recently been sprayed for pests. He is addressing the issues with maintenance for the...
