Absolutely beautiful property! My cousins and I stayed here for my 41st birthday, and everything was perfect—from the cleanliness and updated décor to the comfortable beds, spacious living room, and beautiful balconies. The host was wonderful and answered every call promptly, making communication easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return. God blessed us with a beautiful place to celebrate! ❤️✨ 10 out of 10. Every bedroom has a beautiful bathroom nice comfortable fluffy towels. Shampoo and conditioner paper towels tissue cleaning products and laundry pods were in the home which made our stay more convenient.

Very nice property, nicely furnished and in a quiet area. The kitchen could use a bit more utensils, pots, glassware , topperware etc. If you’re traveling with family and do not intend to eat out but rather cook you may have to bring your own cookwares.

Great place! I would stay there again. There are no elevators. If you have an issue with stairs, this may not be the place for you. I have an issue with fragrances and I was happy to be in a place that did not have any. The property is just as it was listed. Four of us stayed there for five days. The location is pretty central to any place you’d need to go in the Houston area.

This is a beautiful tri-level home with a roof top view of downtown Houston. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Contactless check in was provided, any questions or issues were quickly settled by calling. The best part was location to local attractions, we were eight minutes from the Toyota Center, fifteen from the color factory and only forty-five minutes to Galveston Beach. I will definitely stay here again.

Terrible experiencia

The property itself is very nice, however, the owner makes it very clear he does not care about the property nor the guests that pay hundreds of dollars to stay there. I messaged him regarding my stay on different occasions and did not receive a response until days later each time. When I arrived to the property, it was not clean. Beds were not made…there was hair all over the floor, beds and sinks. Trash was not taken out. Food crumbs and clothing tags left on the floors in the bedrooms and kitchen. I contacted the owner and he stated the cleaner could not come until the next day. I had to wash the sheets on the beds myself so that my guests and I had a place to sleep. When the cleaning lady arrived, she informed me that the owner did not give her the cleaning schedule. I definitely believe this as he had terrible communication with me. I asked for a refund for the night of uncleanliness, and he assured me he would send it. Come to find out, he sent a fraud screenshot of the refund and it was never processed. He straight up lied and kept my money. Since then, he had ignored all texts/calls regarding the refund as well as calls from Expedia employees. I have had to go through Expedia directly and report this property owner to receive the refund I was assured I would get. He is a liar who does not care at all about the listing. Do not book this property and save yourself the hassle. There are PLENTY of similar properties in this area owned by people who aren’t liars.
