All bedrooms come with memory foam mattresses, plenty of pillows, clean premium quality beddings, private bathrooms, hand wash, hand sanitizer ,hair dryer, full size closets, shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in each shower, and fresh linens.

The home is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, large pantry, and complimentary coffee and tea. All cooking and eating utensils are provided as well as ample cleaning supplies. Smart-TV is provided with access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and more. Fully functioning washer/dryer with laundry detergent, bleach and dryer sheets provided for guests to use .

Guests can request early check-ins within 24hr before original check-in date/time. Early check-in is not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any early check-ins before this 24hr window. Earliest check in time is 2 PM to ensure that our cleaning crew have time to clean and sanitize the space before the new guest arrives.

**𝐆𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒**
Guests will have full access to the entire property - interior & exterior. Guests also have full access to the built-in garage that fits 2 cars. Additional parking is located right outside the gate. There is free street parking available as well.

Please respect our neighbors at all times. Do not ask questions or communicate with the neighbors. any questions/concerns must be asked through the booking site using messaging.

𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐌𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐒.
No smoking of any kind inside of the home (cigarettes, hookah, vapes, electronic smoking devices,ect )- $500 fine NO EXCEPTIONS!

Aside from operating the stove for cooking, guests are not allowed to burn candles, incense or any other open flames in or around the property.

𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐎𝐑𝐒.
For sanitation and health purposes, outside shoes are not allowed indoors. Guest will have a shoe closet by the front door to store their shoes.

𝐍𝐎 𝐔𝐍𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐆𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐒.
Only registered guests provided within your reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property. Any unauthorized guests, parties and loud noise disturbances are strictly prohibited. We monitor incoming traffic to the home with external cameras to prevent unapproved parties & guests. Violation of any of these policies may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund and a fine of $200 per additional unregistered guests.

𝐂𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆
Guests are requested to return the home the way they found it. Guests are not expected to make beds or wash towels. Please leave all used beddings on beds and dirty towels in laundry baskets.

The cleaning fee that is assessed at booking is for the scope/degree of cleaning associated with a typical stay. An extra charge will be assessed for any additional cleaning required due to guest not following House Rules and/or to restore property to its check-in condition.
