Moringa Pool House - Garden Villa #1

Expansive shaded backyard with large pool for relaxing the hot summer days away. Two Bedroom house sleeps four to five in comfort, steps away from ample outdoor poolside living. Modern kitchen, thoughtful fixtures and furniture throughout will leave you feeling refreshed every day. 100 year oaks and pecan in the backyard provide ample shade, usually 5-10 degrees cooler on a summer day.



Front Bedroom - Queen bed, closet, nightstands and small desk for working. Great view outside to the front garden.



Back Bedroom - Larger than the first, with king bed, closet, nightstands and desk for working flexibility. Enjoy the private view into the trees and backyard space with lovely sunset light.



Bathroom - bath and shower with hand-held or mounted shower head. Feel free to have a soak with the epsom salts and all natural bath products.



Living Room - comfortably appointed with TV and windows overlooking the pool - enjoy the sounds of the waterfall while you relax at your home away from home



Dining Room - Large dining table comfortably seats 4-6 with plenty of room for family style meals - wall of windows overlook the pool with plenty of natural light



Kitchen - practical kitchen with everything you need to cook and prepare meals during your stay. Please let us know there are any utensils or spices youd like in particular ahead of your stay! Fridge and freezer are large and ready for your use.



Laundry Room - washer and dryer large and ready for your laundry needs



Front yard and entrance and porch are private for your use only. Backyard and pool area are shared with the back unit which may or may not be occupied - I welcome your requests to book both the Moringa and Pecan Pool Houses!
