I’m gonna start by saying that the staff in the front was good. But yet again I’ve been bamboozled by Hotels.com and Expedia into thinking I was going into a 9/10 experience. I wish they would fix this. Not only did I not receive the room on the picture. But all the halls smell like smoke and horrible food. Key card for room didn’t work after trying so hard to reprogram and the room smelled like raid and AC didn’t work 100%. Again I hope Expedia and Hotels.com fix this issue and start verifying reviews.
